Wedding Services

THE MEETINGS

Initial meeting: This is where we will get to know each other, ensure we are a good fit for you, go over our services and determine what will be best for your budget and needs, sign a contract, pay your deposit and provide you with our wedding form to help you organize your music and vendor information.

Details meeting: This will happen about a month before the wedding after your wedding form is complete. We will sit down and go over your entire wedding weekend and help you nail down all the details of timing, décor, vendor arrivals, music, announcements, etc. This will be used by the coordinator to create your comprehensive timeline.

Timeline Approval: This is done via email and phone, but it is always our goal to have your final timeline done at least one week before the wedding so you are just able to enjoy your week.

THE MUSIC

We have a current inventory of over 50,000 songs and are adding new music to it all the time. Our library includes all genres and eras of music ensuring that we have what you and your guests want. We also work with you before the wedding to ensure we have all your specific song requests at no extra charge.

THE DJ

Each package comes with Jake Easy on site for 9 hours as your DJ & MC. The breakdown is as follows: 6.5 hours of music play and 2.5 hours of set-up and take down. Additional time is priced at $150 an hour.

Most Common Example: 2:00 arrival for set-up, 3:30 start background music for early guest arrivals, 4:00 ceremony starts, 10:00 reception over, 11:00 done with take down.

THE EQUIPTMENT

A separate set-up is used for each location to ensure a quick and seamless transition of music between ceremony & reception. We bring over $7,000 of top of the line equipment to ensure the best audio sound at your wedding.

Ceremony: set-up includes 1 controller, 1 façade, 2 speakers on stands, 1 wireless microphone and 1 wired microphone.

Reception: set-up includes 1 controller, 1 façade, 2 powered subs, 2 speakers on poles, light bar with 7 various lights for dance floor, 1 wireless microphone and 1 wired microphone.

THE COORDINATOR

Each Package comes with Jennifer Fontana as your wedding coordinator and a comprehensive timeline of your big day. We have created different packages for various budgets and needs. Our belief is that every couple needs and deserves to have a coordinator at their wedding to help with the flow of the day, communicate with your vendors and handle any problems should they arise. This ensures that you, your fiancé and your family and friends are able to just enjoy your special day.

THE TRAVEL

Travel time and expenses within 30 miles of Redding, California are included in each package, but we enjoy taking our show on the road so don’t hesitate to inquire. Additional travel costs will vary depending on distance and time of year.
